TERMS & CONDITIONS

DISPATCH

The company operates in the GMT timezone including variations for British Summertime and items are dispatched accordingly. Items can only be dispatched Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There will be no dispatches on Friday, so orders place Thursday evening or Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

SHELF LIFE

Please be aware that all of our products are shipped in cool packaging and should be refrigerated on arrival and consumed before the Use By Date on the packaging.

PAYMENTS

Regan Organic Farm accepts payment online here by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Laser and Maestro) via PayPal. For clarification please contact Regan Organic Farm directly. Orders are confirmed when payment has been received by the company. Please note that your credit card will be charged with the full amount stipulated at point of reservation. For any other queries relating to your purchase and not here specified, please contact Regan Organic Farm at hello@reganorganicfarm.ie

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Returns & Exchanges must be accompanied by a valid sales receipt from Regan Organic Farm. Failure to provide the original sales receipt (proof of purchase) prohibits Regan Organic Farm from accepting and processing a return or exchange for any reason – NO EXCEPTIONS. All goods, opened or unopened, must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Prior to shipping any order back, regardless of product condition, please contact our customer service department for a return authorisation. Returns shipped to Regan Organic Farm without prior authorisation will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Once your return has been authorised, please send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department to receive a credit to original form of tender: Regan Organic Farm, Attention: Customer Returns, Dranagh Lane, Caim, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we strive for quick order turnaround we are generally unable to accommodate changes to an order once it has been placed. Please contact customer service for enquiries on changes. Order cancellations, regardless of the reason, will result in a 15% restocking fee.
